Established under the aegis of Onkar Educational Trust, Nunfara, Muzaffarpur, the institution is dedicated to providing professional teacher education in an academic environment that promotes knowledge, discipline, creativity, ethical values and social responsibility.
The college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education – Eastern Regional Committee (NCTE–ERC) and is affiliated to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (B.R.A.B.U.), Muzaffarpur and Bihar School Examination Board (B.S.E.B.), Patna, for its respective teacher-education programmes.
